On rare occasions, you'll see a message during a pkgadd saying that
it's going to overwrite a file from a different package. The question
I've always had is "How to find out which package owns that file in
the first place?"

Up to now, I've always grep ${file} /var/sadm/install/contents.

As it turns out, you can also pkgchk -lp ${file}
